If you‘re planning on staying at Devil’s Tower National Monument, have the ear of a few options. There area several private RV parks just outside from the park boundaries, which option, the National Park campground inside the boundary from the park. Offering fifty primitive sites with spectacular views from the monument, this park is peaceful and also a great spot to camp.

All sites are flat, crescent pull-throughs and maybe have a picnic table and fire pit. The campground is made up of two paved loop roads and site pads are gravel and dirt. Sites rest amongst a grove of trees and therefore are spotted with sun and shade. A few longer trails lead as much as the tower loop trail if you opt to have a longer, day hike. Or, the Tower’s main trail and Visitor Center are a couple of miles drive in the road. A prairie dog community lies adjacent towards the campground. A picnic area, restrooms and an amphitheater can be found to guests here, and that is it ! The campground is primitive, if you prefer a similar views, but some amenities, there will be private park options close by. Sites listed below are first come, first served, and during our visit, there have been many sites available in the first afternoon. The campground closes in winter.
